Each sixdoves care package is curated with love and intention, and your satisfaction matters to us.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For the safety and well-being of our recipients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on care packages or individual items, as many include personal care and hygiene products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@sixdoves.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and affected items. We will review the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
