About sixdoves

sixdoves creates thoughtfully curated care packages for cancer patients. Our mission is to support people undergoing treatment by providing comforting, gentle products and heartfelt touches that bring relief, hope, and healing.

Our care packages are designed for anyone currently going through cancer treatment including chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, or recovery. Whether it's a friend, parent, coworker, or neighbor, our goal is to make it easy to show up with care and intention.

Each package includes a combination of practical products to help relieve treatment side effects (dry mouth, nausea, neuropathy, etc.), cozy comfort items, a handwritten note of support, a porcelain dove and rose quartz angel to represent peace, comfort and healing.

Yes, every item we include is carefully selected to be oncology-friendly and gentle for those with sensitive skin or weakened immune systems. Our founder is a cancer survivor and has personally vetted every product based on her own experience.

Shipping

Yes, we currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. If you're hoping to send a package internationally, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Standard ground shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Yes, you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For the safety and well-being of our recipients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on care packages or individual items, as many include personal care and hygiene products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@sixdoves.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and affected items. We will review the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
